Protection

“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you.”

Isaiah 43:2

God Is With You in Troubled Waters

This scripture reminds us of God’s love and protection in troubled times. When the waters rise and you begin to feel overwhelmed by your problems, God promises that they will not overflow you. He is with you, and nothing can defeat you when His protection surrounds you.

When Life Feels Too Deep

There are many times when we step into the waters of life without knowing how deep they are. We may suddenly find ourselves in trouble, but Jesus and His angels are near to protect and keep all who call on Him.

The Lord will not allow you to drown in your troubles or sorrows. They may come close, but they must stop when He commands them to. His presence sets a boundary that fear cannot cross.

Call on the Lord

If you feel as though you are in deep water and there is no one to help, call on the name of the Lord. Just as He lifted the apostle Peter from the waves, He will reach down, lift you from your troubles, and bring you to safety.

Thank You, Lord, for being with me in my troubles and sorrows. Only You can lift me from the place where I feel I am drowning. I place my hand in Yours, knowing that You are my Savior and Protector. Keep me always in Your care.
